These terms apply when you purchase from Tanbini through tanbini.com. By completing payment, you agree to these terms together with our Shipping & Returns, Condition Guide and Privacy pages.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Each card listing normally represents one unique physical item. The listing photographs show the actual card offered for sale, and the written details identify its set, card number, language, card type and condition.

Condition descriptions are guides rather than grading guarantees. Please inspect the photographs and read our Condition Guide. Contact us before purchasing if a particular detail is important to your decision.

All prices and charges are displayed in Australian dollars. The complete amount, including the selected delivery charge, is shown before payment.

If an obvious pricing or listing error is discovered before dispatch, we will contact you. If the order cannot be supplied on the stated terms, we will cancel it and return the affected payment to the original payment method.

An order is accepted when payment has been confirmed and Tanbini issues an order confirmation. Placing a card in your bag or opening checkout does not by itself complete a purchase.

A card can occasionally sell elsewhere just before your payment is confirmed. If that happens, we won’t send that card and we’ll refund the amount paid for it.

Orders are currently delivered within Australia only. You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Delivery options, dispatch timing and what to do about a delayed or damaged order are explained in Shipping & Returns.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately. We will help where reasonably possible, but an order that has already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and the returns policy will apply.

Tanbini is an independent collector-run shop. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak or Creatures. Product names and trade marks belong to their respective owners.
