Your details,
and how we use them.

Tanbini is an Australian sole trader and the operator of this online card shop. Privacy questions, requests about your details and complaints can be sent to hello@tanbini.com.

When you place an order or contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order details, correspondence and transaction reference. Basic security and technical information may also be processed when you visit the site.

Payment details are entered on a secure hosted checkout page. Tanbini receives the order and fulfilment information needed to complete your purchase, not your full payment-card number.

• To maintain the security and reliability of the shop.

Tanbini does not sell customer personal information. The storefront does not currently run advertising pixels or cross-site behavioural advertising.

We disclose relevant information only when needed to trusted providers that support checkout, payments, hosting, email, delivery and business records, or when disclosure is required by law. These providers handle information under their own privacy and security obligations.

The main services involved are an Australian checkout and payment service, global website hosting and storage, email services, and Australia Post. Those services may process information in Australia, the United States and other locations identified in their own privacy notices. You can contact us for current service and location details relevant to an order.

We take reasonable steps to protect customer and order information. Records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to fulfil orders, provide support, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal, accounting or tax obligations, after which they are deleted or de-identified where appropriate.

We use essential storage or cookies to keep the shop working, remember your bag and save your statistics preference.

We count page views, card views, bag changes and checkout clicks or errors as daily totals. Page-view sources, such as Google or Instagram, and mobile or desktop counts are kept separately. These statistics do not use tracking cookies, visitor identifiers, fingerprints or links to your order.

Statistics are kept for up to 90 days and are visible only to the shop owner. We don’t save individual browsing histories, IP addresses, search terms or customer details in them. Hosting services may separately process technical information for security and to deliver the site.

You can switch statistics off using Shop statistics in the footer. We also respect earlier opt-outs and browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track settings. Turning statistics off stops future counts from this browser; existing totals cannot be linked back to you. Order records remain separate.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern by emailing us. Include your order reference where relevant, but do not send payment-card details by email.

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner explains when it may be able to receive a privacy complaint.
